Your systems are leaking talent.

You aren't losing people because they are "difficult." You are losing them because your onboarding, performance reviews, and marketing were designed for only one type of mind.

15-20% of the UK population is neurodivergent. If your infrastructure ignores them, you are overpaying for recruitment and limiting your market reach.

We fix the systems, not the people.

I didn’t leave the corporate world because I couldn’t do the job.

I left because the systems were designed to break me.

A woman with long blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a blue sleeveless top, sits at a wooden table with her hands clasped under her chin, smiling softly at the camera.

For over a decade, I worked in the high-pressure world of digital marketing, climbing to Head of Digital. I managed budgets, led teams, and hit targets. On paper, I was a success.

In reality, I was masking every minute of the day.

As an Autistic and ADHD leader, I was navigating infrastructure designed for a neurotypical brain. I realised that talent wasn't the problem. The systems were.

Now, I combine that corporate operational experience with CPACC & ADDCA training to help leadership teams build the frameworks I wish I had. I bridge the gap between corporate performance and human needs.
