Tania Gerard is a UK-based accessible marketing consultant and keynote speaker specialising in accessible marketing strategy, digital accessibility and neurodiversity in the workplace. She is the founder of Tania Gerard Digital UK, a consultancy supporting companies and educational institutions to create more inclusive communication, marketing and workplace systems.

Tania combines professional expertise with lived experience as a neurodivergent woman with ADHD and autism. Her work focuses on helping companies, charities, governing bodies and educational institutions move beyond basic awareness and compliance towards practical, sustainable inclusion.

She has delivered consultancy, training and keynote sessions for companies such as the NHS, Greene King, Swim England, Help for Heroes, Dentsu, Amazon, Gusto and APCO Worldwide, working with leadership teams, HR professionals, marketers and educators.

In 2024, Tania delivered a TEDx talk titled “Make your marketing accessible”, introducing her IMPACT framework for embedding accessibility into marketing and business strategy. Her work has been featured in Medium, Express & Star, Startups magazine, HelpBnk, Business Network Magazine, Digital Women and on BBC Radio Leicester and much more.

Tania is an ADHD UK Ambassador and the co-host of the podcast ADHD Founders Unfiltered, where she interviews founders, leaders and creatives about building businesses with ADHD and neurodivergent minds.
