Hi! I'm Tania, and I'm passionate about website accessibility and neurodiversity training, especially because I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when digital experiences just don't work for your brain.

As someone with ADHD and autism, I've spent years figuring out what actually helps neurodivergent employees thrive in the workplace. Combined with my background in digital marketing and growing expertise in WCAG compliance and accessibility audits, I help UK businesses create inclusive websites and neuroinclusive workplaces.

Web accessibility is a constantly evolving field, and I'm committed to staying current with the latest WCAG standards and accessibility best practices. What I bring is genuine understanding of what it's like to navigate the digital world with a different brain, combined with professional accessibility training and neurodiversity certifications. I believe the most effective accessibility solutions come from listening to real user experiences and translating them into practical WCAG improvements that deliver measurable results.

I deliver website accessibility audits, neurodiversity workplace training, and inclusive business consultancy to companies like Greene King, the NHS, and Swim England. I've also shared my insights about inclusive design and workplace neurodiversity on the TEDx stage and in mass media publications.

If you're looking for website accessibility audits, WCAG compliance guidance, or neurodiversity workplace training in the UK, I'd love to help. No overwhelming technical stuff, no awkward corporate red tape - just practical accessibility solutions from someone who truly gets it.
