More Than Marketing: Why Tania Gerard Digital is Partnering with Rainbows Hospice in 2026
As we step into 2026, I wanted to share some news that is deeply personal and central to the mission of Tania Gerard Digital UK.
For the past two years, I’ve had the honour of speaking at the Nottingham Digital Summit (shoutout to the team at Hallam for having me back!). It is an event rooted in impact, with all proceeds supporting Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. Because of that connection, Rainbows has been on my mind for a long time.
Late last year, I visited the hospice to learn more about their work. What I found wasn't just a facility; it was a culture of profound passion and commitment. Their dedication to supporting families and children is visible in every corner of what they do.
The Reality Behind the "Outstanding" Rating
Rainbows is currently the only "Outstanding" rated hospice in the UK, a testament to the incredible care they provide. However, there is a reality behind those doors: Rainbows only receives around 13% of government funding each year.
For the remaining 87% of the year, they rely entirely on donations to keep their vital services running. When I learned this, I knew I wanted Tania Gerard Digital to do more than just speak at summits, I wanted to build a lasting bridge.
A Partnership Built on Accessibility and Impact
I am incredibly proud to announce that Tania Gerard Digital is officially partnering with Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People. This partnership is built on two core commitments:
Strategic Support: I will be working directly with the Rainbows team to support them with accessibility and neurodiversity, ensuring their communications are as inclusive as the care they provide.
Direct Donation: Throughout 2026, a portion of the revenue from every discovery call, accessibility audit, workshop, or commissioned training I deliver will be donated directly to Rainbows.
How You Can Make a Difference
This means that when leaders, marketing teams, or HR departments choose to work with me, they aren't just strengthening their own communications and becoming more accessible. They are also directly helping to support families who rely on Rainbows during some of the most challenging moments of their lives.
"Accessibility is about the choices we make, the doors we open, and who we make space for."
Let’s Work Together for Good
Throughout the year, you’ll see this partnership come to life through awareness-led content and collaborative projects. I am incredibly proud to support Rainbows in 2026 and beyond, and this is just the beginning.
If your company is looking to improve accessibility, support neurodivergent teams, and create more inclusive communication, let's talk. Your investment in your business will now double as an investment in the lives of children and families across the region.
