Tania Gerard is invited to join APCO Worldwide to speak on World Mental Health Day to APCO employees globally.

We explored what belonging really looks like, beyond awareness campaigns and wellbeing days and how it’s built through small, consistent actions.

APCO’s values of boldness, curiosity, empathy, and inclusivity came through in every question and reflection. Their genuine commitment to mental health and neuroinclusion, not just as an initiative, but as a daily practice really stood out to me.

Next up, we’ll be hosting a Global Q&A session for APCO employees across their international offices continuing the conversation and turning reflection into action.
