Niche Business Awards
Tania Gerard Digital is a finalist for another two regional awards.
I’m so proud (and honestly still a bit speechless!) to share that I’ve been selected as a finalist in two categories at the Niche Business Awards 2025:
- Rising Star
- Community Champion
When I started Tania Gerard Digital UK, I didn’t have a roadmap just a fierce vision:
- To make marketing more accessible
- To help workplaces become safer, more supportive environments for neurodivergent people like me
I didn’t know if people would get it. I wasn’t sure if there was space for the kind of consultancy I wanted to build rooted in empathy, access, and honesty. But I knew in my gut that it was needed.
Now, to be shortlisted for two awards that recognise not just business growth, but heart-led impact, means more than I can put into words.
Rising Star: Building Something From Scratch
This nomination acknowledges the early-stage grind, the hard yards of turning an idea into a movement. It’s for every time I chose purpose over profit, every learning curve, and every bold conversation that helped move inclusion forward.
In just a short time, Tania Gerard Digital UK has collaborated with incredible companies like the NHS, Greene King, Swim England, and many more to embed accessibility into marketing, leadership, and company culture. We’re one of the first UK consultancies focused solely on accessible marketing and neurodiversity, and that’s something I’ll always be proud of.
Community Champion: From Lived Experience to Real Change
This category hits close to home.
It recognises the hours no one sees:
- Every free resource shared
- Every workshop in schools, charities, and early careers programmes
- Every late-night email offering support, strategy, or solidarity
As a neurodivergent woman living with ADHD and autism, my work is more than a business, it’s a bridge. I want to be the person I needed ten years ago. Whether it’s helping a manager better support their team or guiding a young person to advocate for themselves, community is at the core of everything I do.
