Gousto hires Tania Gerard Digital
Gousto Selects Tania Gerard as Neurodiversity Expert for Stress Awareness Week 2025
Tania Gerard Digital is delighted to announce that Gousto, one of the UK’s most loved food brands and a certified B Corp, has selected Tania Gerard to deliver a keynote session during Stress Awareness Week 2025. The event will focus on supporting employee wellbeing through a neurodiversity lens, creating healthier and happier working environments across the business.
Gousto is known for its commitment to flavour, sustainability, and positive company culture. Their decision to bring in Tania reflects a growing recognition across UK businesses that stress management and neuroinclusion go hand in hand. With teams spanning HQ, tech, customer care, kitchen, and operations, Gousto understands that stress looks different for different people. This commitment to proactive wellbeing support places them among the leading employers taking meaningful action.
Speaking about the partnership, Tania said:
“I am thrilled to be working with Gousto. They have a clear passion for people and culture, so exploring stress awareness through a neurodiversity lens feels like a natural fit. It is not about removing pace or ambition. It is about creating healthy working environments where everyone can thrive.”
During the keynote, titled “Serving Up Psychological Safety: Stress, Neurodiversity and Real-World Support at Gousto”, Tania will share practical strategies for reducing workplace stress, improving communication, and creating a more supportive culture. Attendees will learn how to recognise early signs of burnout, understand stress through different neurotypes, and adopt simple changes that can make a real difference across teams.
The session is designed with Gousto’s values in mind. It brings together food-focused wellbeing, role-specific examples, and accessible actions that teams can use right away. As part of the partnership, managers will also receive a Stress Awareness Recipe Card and a Manager Support Guide to help them continue the conversation across the week.
This collaboration marks another milestone in the expanding impact of Tania Gerard Digital, as more UK companies seek support in building neurodiversity-smart cultures. Tania continues to deliver training for companies such as the NHS, Help for Heroes, APCO Worldwide, Greene King, Swim England, and Active Together, as businesses increase their focus on accessibility, inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
