Tania Gerard Digital is listed on The CPD Register

Tania Gerard Digital is an approved provider with The CPD Group and now has a public profile on The CPD Register, so learners and employers can check our status for themselves.

That matters to the teams we train. When you book accessibility or neuroinclusion training with us, you can be confident it’s been looked at independently, and it can count towards the CPD hours your people need to log.

What is The CPD Register?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development, the ongoing learning professionals do to keep their skills up to date. Many industries expect it, including marketing, HR, law, education and the public sector, and plenty of employers ask staff to log a set number of hours a year.

The CPD Register is a public directory of training providers approved by The CPD Group, an independent organisation that reviews training against recognised standards. Anyone can search it to check that a provider is listed.

Why this matters if you’re booking training

It’s easier to sign off. Training that counts towards CPD is simpler to approve from a learning budget. It gives managers, HR teams and procurement something clear to point to.

It counts towards your hours. Your team can log what they learn with us towards their own CPD records.

You can check it yourself. Look out for the “Verify On The CPD Register” logo on our website and emails, which links straight to our profile.

What we teach

Tania Gerard Digital helps organisations create marketing and workplaces that work for everyone. Our training covers:

  • Accessible marketing: websites, social media, email, video and documents that disabled people can use

  • Inclusive communication: plain language, clear design and content that includes everyone

  • Neuroinclusion: understanding ADHD, autism, dyslexia and other neurodivergent ways of thinking, at work and in your marketing

  • Practical fixes: colour contrast, alt text, captions, accessible PDFs, keyboard-friendly websites and more

Tania is a CPACC-certified accessibility professional, a UK Parliament ADHD Champion and a Purple Tuesday Global Ambassador. She has delivered training for businesses, chambers of commerce and international organisations.

Accessibility is for everyone

One in four people in the UK are disabled, yet most marketing teams were never taught how to include them. Accessibility helps all of us: captions when you’re scrolling with the sound off, clear wording when you’re busy, and a website that works whether you’re using a mouse, a keyboard or a screen reader.

Good training is how that changes, and being on The CPD Register means teams can trust the training they book.

What’s next: the Accessible Marketing Institute

We’re also launching the Accessible Marketing Institute (AMI) in 2027. It includes:

  • The Accessible Marketing Charter: free to sign, with ten promises, a badge and a public wall of signatories.

  • The AMI Cohort: a six-week live online training programme leading to certification. We’re working towards CPD accreditation for the Cohort.
