I am beyond thrilled to share some exciting news – I was awarded Digital Woman of the Year 2025 at the prestigious Digital Women Awards & Conference, held at the iconic Connaught Rooms in London.
This award is the top accolade of the evening and I feel deeply honoured to have been chosen. Out of hundreds of incredible applicants, the awards were narrowed down to the final 60 Digital Women to Watch, and from there, one winner was selected – me!
About the Award
The Digital Woman of the Year award recognises women who are doing incredible work in business and digital, often overcoming challenges, adapting to change, and using digital to make a meaningful impact. Whether running a business or leading within a company, the award celebrates women who are achieving greatly, pushing boundaries, and inspiring others.
For me, this recognition is especially meaningful. As the founder of Tania Gerard Digital, one of the UK’s first consultancies dedicated to accessible marketing and neurodiversity, I’ve poured my passion into helping companies and communities create spaces where everyone can thrive. To have this work acknowledged at such a scale is both humbling and motivating.

The Event
The evening, presented by PlannerSync, was a celebration of women driving change in digital, business, and entrepreneurship. It shone a spotlight on leaders, innovators, and changemakers shaping the future of their industries.
I also had the pleasure of joining a panel discussion alongside Archana Dhankar and Polly Barnfield, where we shared stories about our businesses, how we help people, and the challenges and opportunities we’ve faced. It was such a warm, insightful conversation – a reminder of the power of women coming together to support one another!!

Looking Ahead
Winning this award is not only a personal milestone but also a recognition of the importance of accessible marketing and neurodiversity in the workplace. These areas are often overlooked, yet they hold the key to more inclusive, effective, and impactful businesses.
This award strengthens my mission: to help companies across industries remove barriers, embrace accessibility, and unlock the full potential of their people and audiences.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey, clients, collaborators, colleagues, friends, and the incredible Digital Women community. And of course, congratulations to all the finalists, winners, and highly commended individuals who continue to inspire and innovate.
Here’s to building a future where digital is accessible, inclusive, and empowering for everyone!!! I WON!! :D
