We’ve Been Nominated: A Milestone for Neuro-Inclusive Consultancy, Tania Gerard Digital.

Tania Gerard Digital has been nominated for an inclusive award two years in a row!

I recently received some news that stopped me in my tracks.

Tania Gerard Digital has been nominated for the D&I Consultancy Award at the 2026/27 Inclusive Awards.

When I started this consultancy, I knew the mission was vital. I knew that the "systems problem" in our workplaces and digital marketing needed an urgent, operational fix. But to have that work recognized by the community, peers, and clients through a public nomination is a deeply moving experience.

Beyond “Awareness”

For a long time, the conversation around neurodiversity in business stayed at the level of "awareness." We talked about being kind; we talked about being patient.

But at Tania Gerard Digital, we do things differently. We talk about infrastructure. We talk about WCAG 2.2 compliance. We talk about the IMPACT™ Framework.

Being nominated for the D&I Consultancy Award tells me that the tide is FINALLY turning. It suggests that companies and governing bodies, from the NHS and Amazon to the local charities and entrepreneurs I support, are no longer just looking for just training. They are looking for a fundamental redesign of how we work and communicate.

The Power of Lived Experience

As an AuDHD woman, I often share that I didn’t leave the corporate world because I couldn’t do the job, I left because the systems were designed to break me.

To be nominated for this award is a real full circle moment. It proves that lived experience isn't a barrier to professional excellence; it is the very thing that fuels it. By combining my decade of experience as a Head of Digital with my reality as a neurodivergent person, I can help leadership teams build the frameworks I wish I had.

A Shared Success

This nomination doesn't just belong to me. It belongs to:

  • The clients who have trusted me to audit their websites, socials, email marketing, tv campaigns, policies and much more.

  • The neurodivergent community who share their stories with me on the ADHD Founders Unfiltered podcast.

  • The advocates I work alongside at UK Parliament and ADHD UK.

I’d Love Your Support

The Inclusive Awards are unique because they rely on the voice of the community. If my work has impacted you, whether through a consultancy session, a keynote talk, my TEDx, or even just a post on LinkedIn, I would be incredibly grateful if you would cast a vote in our favour.

How to vote:

  1. Visit this page

  2. Enter your name and email address (so they can check you aren’t a bot!)

  3. Enter how we have worked together / why you think TGD should win this year

Every vote is a signal to the industry that neuro-inclusive design is no longer optional, it is the future of business and accessibility should be a part of every move in a strategy.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Let’s keep fixing the systems, together! :)
